Who We Are

HeadWindsCare is a healthcare consultancy set up by Bryan Higgins in 2017 and based in the Midlands.

Bryan has worked at ‘the business end’ of healthcare consultancy/advisory for over 25 years and has strong credentials having been involved with many high profile clients assignments ranging from sole traders to PLCs presenting a range of financial, operational and management challenges in the elderly, specialist and supported living sectors.

Since 1991 Bryan has been involved in over 2,000 care homes providing client solutions and his accumulated experience is probably among the most extensive of any professional healthcare advisor.

Bryan is confident he can bring valuable insight and outcomes to most situations that care operators face, having:

  • Worked through a broad range of financial, management and operational projects

  • Significant experience of:

    • compliance / governance

    • operational issues

    • performance improvements

    • marketing, competition and place analytics

    • turnaround / recovery
